Built around the The Arden 8™ Essential Leadership Dimensions, the Academy blends interactive group workshops with ongoing coaching and organizational alignment touchpoints. Two-tiered academy: senior leaders & managers

Senior Leadership Track
(8 Modules / 12 Months)

For executives and senior leaders, this track includes the foundation skills and advanced modules in Strategic Thinking, Executive Presence, and Navigating Change and Uncertainty. Each participant also receives 10 one-on-one coaching sessions, creating a hybrid experience of group learning and personal leadership growth.

Manager Track
(5 Modules / 9 Months)

For early-career and people managers, this track focuses on foundational skills: communication, emotional intelligence, delegation, execution, and feedback. Coaching here takes place in small peer groups, reinforcing shared experience and alignment across the management bench.

1. Kickoff session to set expectations and objectives.

4. Four-hour facilitated learning modules (delivered in-person or virtually).
