He has worked primarily in technology and software, financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, and oil and gas. His corporate experience focused primarily on Top Talent Development and Succession. He created and implemented a new method to segment talent, based on business-driven capabilities, rather than the traditional nine-box, which altered the way management thinks and talks about talent.
