Joe Keilch is a PCC-certified executive coach with decades of experience spanning Fortune 500 organizational consulting and the creative industries. This foundation informs his work—helping leaders in music, entertainment, and media build organizational discipline while bringing creative approaches to executives across technology, healthcare, financial services, and professional services.
Joe works primarily with senior leaders and high-performing managers facing complex challenges where the standard playbook doesn’t apply: VPs and C-suite executives wrestling with strategic decisions, organizational dynamics, and enterprise-wide culture transformation; directors and senior managers navigating cross-functional leadership, scaling teams, and preparing for broader scope; and professionals at major inflection points—stepping into the executive suite or fundamentally expanding their leadership impact.
He creates space for leaders to think out loud without judgment, makes sense of transitions and complexity, and asks questions that surface patterns and connections. As one client noted, “Joe coached me to dig deeper into the questions I was asking,” while another observed, “he hit the perfect balance of high-level, abstract topics and tactical steps.”
Joe’s work centers on two things: cultivating agency—the unwavering knowledge that you can choose your path and create change—and understanding ripple effects. When a leader shifts how they approach culture, decision-making, or team development, it affects dozens or hundreds of people, with changes that compound across the system. He brings curiosity, empathy, and humor while maintaining direct honesty.
Before coaching, Joe led brand strategy and culture transformation for Fortune 500 clients, founded a successful e-commerce design business, and performed in 62 cities across four continents as co-founder of The Rub, a global music brand. He holds an MBA from Fordham University and studied organizational development at NYU.
