Claudia has 20 years of retail experience across multiple product categories, including apparel, accessories, beauty. She also has worked in finance, banking and accounting (PWC). Claudia is a certified co-active coach, (CPCC) and is an ICF certified MCC coach.
Claudia has proven ability to communicate directly, clearly and persuasively, reflecting an appropriate sense of diplomacy and urgency to all levels of the organization as well as success in talent development, continually promoting employees to positions of higher responsibility. She has strong general management and project management skills,including process and technology implementation with a focus on change management. Claudia has the ability to adapt well in rapidly changing environments and is highly flexible.

She is a strategic and commercial thinker, with proven ability to systematically turn data into actionable and effective strategies that drive top-line and bottom-line results. Claudia has extensive knowledge and experience in both domestic and international markets, including Greater China, Hong Kong, Japan, Europe and emerging markets. Claudia has lived in Europe, Americas and Asia and is fluent in English and German.
