Jonathan Sachs is a certified and credentialed business and leadership coach with many years in leadership roles and leadership development coaching.
Jonathan creates an environment of trust, non-judgement, and transparency as a coach. That relationship allows clients can explore areas that may be holding them back from achieving the greatness within them. Jonathan serves as an accountability partner for his clients, so they follow a clear plan toward transformational results. In addition to focusing on the client’s needs, Jonathan also helps the client focus on getting the most out of the teams they lead through self-awareness, reflection, and clear communication. He encourages and celebrates with the client as they make progress and achieve results for their organization.
Jonathan has worked, collaborated, and coached individuals and teams in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Government, Technology, Manufacturing and many others. Jonathan’s previous roles have included serving as the CEO of technology company WUWTA, Vice President and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Vice President of Experience Transformation at Adventist HealthCare. Jonathan started his career as a federal, state, and local government lobbyist, using those skills to help leaders explore using influence rather than just authority to drive results. In addition to his professional experience, Jonathan has served on and chaired numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors.
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys playing golf and travelling to see every MLB ballpark, Presidential Library, or State Capital buildings.
